Baysports

​TY Classes visited Baysport's on the 23rd of Semptember. They spent the day on the waterpark and paddle boarding . This was the students first school trip of the year and everyone who went enjoyed the day out.
​Fundraising in TY
On the 10th of October a group of TY students from class Larkin went fundraising for Family Carers Ireland as a ​part of gold heart day.     ​
                                                                                          Run in the Dark 
Ty students completed run in the dark at the start of November all students were rewarded with a medal for their efforts.
This global movement got people of all ages from lots of countries to hit the road to try and help cure paralysis in our lifetime for the Mark pollock foundation.  


                                                      Christmas Markets : 
During December TYs set up the Christmas Markets in the Sporthall. It went on for two days and it was a huge success. There was many different stalls between food stalls with baked goods, pancakes, hot chocolates, sweets, Christmas decorations and lots more .As a  result of the markets TY's raised  1,023 euro .

                                                     Ice skating in Dundrum 
On Monday the 5th of December TYs had fun shopping in Dundrum Shopping Centre followed by Ice skating at Dundrum on Ice.
                                                      Christmas Carol Singing
On the 16th of December TY students part took in Christmas carol singing fundraiser for the Simon Community in Golden Island .They sang lots of Christmas carols and raised lots of money .
                                                                                                Forensic Fun 
TY students took part in a forensic fun workshop. This workshop focused on the controversial assassination of JFK.

TY students participated in the Drumadore workshop today, they had a great time and learned some really cool rhythms
